He is a graduate of Virginia State University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Psychology — a combination that sharpened his ability to lead, communicate, and tap into the psychology of performance.


As a Certified Personal Trainer, Advanced Nutrition Specialist (certified by ACTION, NCCA-accredited), and Community Support Worker (CSW) under clinical supervision, Coach Q brings a rare, holistic approach to training. He doesn’t just build stronger bodies — he develops stronger minds.


Through structured programming that blends physical conditioning with mental resilience, Coach Q helps clients overcome self-doubt, break through plateaus, and create a mindset that pushes beyond limits. His work as a CSW allows him to seamlessly integrate mental health practices into physical training, ensuring that every session strengthens both the body and the mind.
