"As a nutritionist and personal trainer, I promote preventative health and longevity through personalized nutrition coaching and 1:1 personal training. My mission is to empower individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to improved overall well-being. I believe in taking a holistic approach to health and addressing physical and mental well-being to achieve long-term success. I have always had a great love and passion for nutrition and fitness. I grew up very active in sports, such as swimming and diving, volleyball, taekwondo, and track and field. Based on my clinical experiences, there is a GREAT need for in-depth nutrition education among the masses. This essential information will aid in finding alternative approaches and solutions to health issues without necessarily always resulting in medication, a common theme in Western medicine. I will utilize my M.S. in Nutrition Education and the subsequent doctorate to merge my knowledge in prevention with treatment to bring forth the best quality of care I can for my patients as a future doctor of nutrition and exercise physiology. My goal is to be a living embodiment of health and wellness and provide the tools, support, and knowledge to improve the quality of life of every individual I serve.”
